Almost hard to believe that this front page upset readers of the Daily Tidings in Ashland, Oregon.

I don't get why that would upset people.

While I wouldn't consider it "upsetting" I would find it to be a bit, how would I say, unexpected?

Not what I'd want to check out at 7 in the morning over a steaming cup of joe.
